Bonding with the SCC
Thursday, May 15, 2008 If you think that our clan is just confined to texting and gathering when Sam has gigs, well you are definitely mistaken for just last Thursday, May 8,2008, the SCC had their get together at the SM Mall of Asia. This was done to foster greater bond between members and for them to get to know each other more.
The group agreed to meet in front of Mc Donald's at 1pm. But due to the inevitable force called "Filipino time" it took hours before they were completed. Ano pa nga ba, edi isa nanaman ako sa mga dakilang late dahil past 2 na ako nakarating. I actually thought that I'm the last one to arrive, but oh no, si Kevin at Kuya Noriel pa lang ang nasa McDo. Nagpakita na ako sa dalawa at hindi nagtagal ay dumating na rin sila Ate Ada at Camz kasama ang kanyang kaibigan na sinundan naman ni Ate Joy. Nagsimula na ang kumustahan at syempre mawawala ba ang walang kamatayang piktyuran? Intay. Intay. Intay. Nagsimula na akong mabahala dahil wala pa halos nangyayari sa "get together" at malapit na ang takdang oras ng aking paguwi. Anyways, Nang dumating sila Ate Yhen kasunod ni Kriz saka namin pinaghatian ang masarap na tsokolate na dala ni Ate Joy (salamat pu!). Minadali pa nga nila ang paghahati dahil padating na daw sila Jen at Bea (naku, mga pasaway!haha). Past 4 na ng nabuo ang aming grupo, ayaw ko man ngunit kailangan ko nang umuwi maging sila Camz at si Ate Yhen. Pinigil nila kami dahil nagkaayaaan na magpakuha ng studio pic ang grupo. Narito ang isang seryoso (daw) at wacky na kuha.
  Matapos nito, masakit man sa aking kalooban(andrama), ay kinailangan na naming magpaalam. Ang mga sumusunod na pangyayari ay base na lamang sa kwento ng aking mga napagtanungan tungkol sa nasabing get together.=)
Pag-alis nang mga kasama ay bumili na ng makakain ang mga naiwang Samsters na sina Ada, Noriel, Joy, Kevin, Bea, Jen at Kriz. Kahit kaunti na lamang sila ay tuloy pa rin ang saya kaya naisipan nila na sa Baywalk tumambay at doon magkwentuhan. Napakaganda ng view dito kaya't mas lalong napasarap ang bonding ng grupo.
  Ayos na sana ang lahat ng biglang bumuhos ang ulan, napilitan tuloy silang pumasok sa mall upang hindi mabasa(syempre). Nagtungo ang grupo sa Timezone upang dun ituloy ang naudlot na bonding. Enjoy ang lahat sa pag-aarcade at doon na naubos ang kanilang oras.
 Lumalim na ang gabi at kinailangan na rin magpaalam nila Kriz at Joy. Tumila na rin ang ulan kaya bumalik na sila sa Baywalk upang doon muli tumambay. Kwentuhan. Di naglaon ay umuwi na rin sila Bea at Jen at ang natira na lamang na matibay ay sila Ada, Noriel at Kevin. Nanatili ang tatlo hanggang hatinggabi sa Baywalk bago nila naisipang magpaalam sa isa't-isa.
Naging masaya at super enjoy ng araw ng mga Samsters na dumalo sa nasabing get together. Sayang nga lang at may mga tulad ko na kinailangang magpaalam ng maaga. Ngunit hindi bale, marami pa namang mga susunod na pagkakataon. See you all soon SCC!

#1 Name: Plangkie Age: 16 Location: Cagayan De Oro, Misamis Oriental Cell No: 09159613193 The very first time I saw met Sam in person was the day after his 15th birthday last October 18, 2007 during his school tour in our school, Regional Science High school here in C.D.O. I knew since then even before meeting him was that he is one intelligent, God fearing and super-loving kid. I felt like in heaven. A dream came true and it was totally cool to meet and greet such star with a very humble heart.
When I happen to talk with him even for a while and saw that he is got the sense of humility, humor and was totally witty, it is when I personally declared that Sam’s one helluva cool kid. My love and passion for English in public speaking, God given talent, wit plus confidence and faith, I stand in are just some of my newly discovered things I think Sam and I share in common.
I already Sam like three times, and there are always memorable lines he’d give. For the first one, he said “Alam ninyo po may kamuka po kayo?” and the second was during my radio audition at ifm then he said “You can do it! All the best!”. If I would give a chance to grant my wish, I want has to have duet with Sam singing my favorite song.
SCC helped me build up my well-being. It was like I’m getting to know people of different cultures and personas and thus helping myself understand them despite of language barrier. The nicest thing I’ve done here in SCC was maybe helping other Samsters control their angst during gigs. Lol! It’s a sign of authority sometimes. And lastly the thing that I could only say, I’ll be Sam forever!

The first time I saw Sam was on December 22, 2007 at SM Manila, Christmas Party of SCC and also a get-together for us with Sam. My first impression to Sam is like child-like, quiet mood and boastful because that what I observe when I saw him on TV. But it was totally wrong I guess. Happy, enjoy, and a dream came true when I met him. When we had a get together party with him, I found him cool when we talked to each other for a short time! When Sam said “Yep! Pupunta din akosa Tarclac”, that was a very memorable words from Sam. And we both love music especially praise songs which our in common.
My greatest wish is to meet all SCC specially my bestie Plankie. SCC is the reason why met Sam and in times that I’m feeling alone there always be a SCC that always there to comfort me.
The greatest thing that I made here I think is my priority in leading our bible study daily and as a youth leader, this is my job to share my knowledge about God. It’s God’s will! Whatever happens I’ll forever Samster!

The first I saw Sam in person was on November 10, 2007 at SM Clark where he had an album tour. My first impression to him personally was a little bit childish. But it was cool and fun being with him because he is such a great person. I realize for at first that Sam is totally cool when I saw him at SM Clark. When he entered the backstage and did the peace sign to us, which are really great! The memorable word that Sam told me that I can’t afford to forget was, “Ohh! Cass…”, where he had an album tour at SM Baguio, another tour. It seemed he remembered me. And one thing I assure Sam and I are both happy people, that what we are share in common.
My deepest wish is to meet all SCC members especially my “katawagan” and of course, Sam. SCC helps me a lot because Sam recognized me when I said that I am a SCC member and I met my co-SCC.
I think the nicest thing I have ever done here is being friendly and for being an active member. And as a promise, I would be a Samster forever and ever, Amen!

The first time I met Sam was on Dec. 22, 2007, during the SCC Christmas Party at SM Manila.
That day was so happy because I saw Sam in person and in a short distance. We took picture together, and it was so funny because before I just stick our picture together. My real impression to him is so down-to-earth and smart. It was an over-whelming and heart-beating I, when I met him in person. When he joined Little Big Star, I proved that he was totally impressive, inasmuch as when he was grooving with his dance. And I could say we both love dancing. “Ingat ka and thank you” was his memorable phrase he said to me. It was before I am to leave the SCC party.
My only wish here in SCC is to meet all of you guys. SCC gives me information and updates that I could have abruptly. And SCC gave me friends from different places. As of now I cannot say done what I made best here in SCC, but as friend I think. And for the last reminder, Sam forever and ever!
SCC OFFICERS: JOBS ON THE GO!
SCC demands officers for them to have more quality in improving the clan. So it’s the winner of the last held election. The following essential officers have their ideal jobs to do so. The following are:
Secretaries Update Moderators G.M Masters Bloggers Web Moderators
Secretaries – are the most important branch of officers. They are required to have more confidence when it comes to their positions. Why? Secretaries are the one who are accepting right members. They should be mentally alert if they will accept new ones because as of now our clan is after of active and authentic members. Their job also is to know the quitters and attendance for them to trace the active and non-active. Secretaries are also the saver of messages or the important notices. And the list of members should be arranged by them.
Update Moderators – which the word update should well inform the members with the current events that are now with our star. They should have attentive mind for them to notify their member from what is happening to Sam. It’s not all through text, they should also update the forum site with the latest flash like voting, news and ect.
G.M Masters – are known as the sender. They are the leaders who are capable to text all of the members about the reminders, important messages and snail text. They should have complete numbers of member for them not to neglect any of their fellow Samsters. The best jobs that G.M Masters ensure so are the common activities they will undergo to the clan. They are the one who will keep the clan blaring.
Bloggers – or the writers, they do such thing with updating the SCC blog site. They should be sharp to explain or tell what is happening through out the clan and to Sam. They have complete ideas in writing and sharing thoughts. They are like newspaper folks.
Web Moderators – are most probable in making SCC sites alive and updated. They have their ideas how to use codes, to make lay-out and everything about computers. They are the power of websites. They should always be online and ready to face the world of internet. Friendsters, Main Sites, Forum and Multiply are the common sites they should sustain.

SM Dasma Album Tour: “Moms Day & SCC Cavite Encounter”
Wednesday, May 14, 2008  At last another event we’ve been waiting for, lalong-lalo na ng mga taga-Cavite. It’s been months na din ng last na tour ni Sam sa SM Bacoor naman, and it was really great! Sold out ang album niya dito sa Cavite sa Bacoor. We can say, there are so many supporters from all-over Cavite, and I’m proud to be one of Kabitenyos.
It was then last May 11, 2008, sabay pa ng Mothers Day. This event, di dapat pinapalagpas dahil minsan lang pumunta si Sam ng Cavite. Anyway, siguro mas madami pang pupunta kung di na tapat sa Mom’s Day. Ganun na nga! Bago ako umalis ng aming bahay, inuna ko muna ang pagsisilbi ko sa aking ina. Sweet diba? Nagbigay kami ng card at rose for her, kaya naman nakuha naming ang oo niya sa pagpunta naming sa SM Dasma. At di ko pinalagpas ang pagbibigay din ng Moms Day gift sa tanging ina ng ating idol, si Tita Gene. Sinikap kong pumunta muna ng backstage para maibigay ang mga iyon dahil sa mga ilang oras na natitira ay baka mawalan na ako ng oras dahil aasikasuhin ko pa ang mga SCC Cavite. Mga bagong salta ang mga ito at ngayon ko lang sila ma-meet.

Ang simula ng lahat… 
Alas dos imedya na kami nakarating ng kapatid ko mula sa Rosario, Cavite. Excited na naman ako makita at makatandem ang mga SCC. Alam kong isang baranggay na naman kami doon. Ang mga SCC na pumunta ay sina Aliah, Cheska, Ecca, Sai, Sammae, Jhaja, Neanne at Tricia (mga globe users). Pati nadin ang mga active padin sa smart na sina Rain, Regene, Matthew at Marlyn kasama ang kanilang mga kaibigan na sasali narin daw sa SCC. Diba, one big team nanaman kami nito. Sayang nga at di nakasama ang mga taga-Manila dahil daw malayo at Moms Day, kaya solo ko. Lol! Bago paman ako dumating ay pina-alala ko na sila na mag-reserve ng upuan para sa mga SCC na pupunta. Galing talaga, masusunurin sila, kaya naman nakaupo kami sa gitna sa first row kung san kitang-kita naming si Sam. Di ko pinaawat ang pagkikipag-picturan sa mga bagong SCC para naman maalala ko ang kani-kanilang faces. Excited na silang lahat, unti-unti na ring nagsisidatingan ang mga pamilya ni Sam, 24 beat dancer at si Sam. Wow! Boy teen in violet ang outfit ni Samuel ngayon, I love it! Mga ala-sais na nagsimula ang show na ito. Madami padina ang nagpunta kahit madami na ang nagpunta sa nakaraan noong SM Bacoor. Di padin papipigil ang mga taga-Cavite, labs na labs talaga nila si Samuel. Mga ilang sandali pa ay nagsimula na ang show, pinagunahan ng 24 beat dancers (apat lag sila ngayon). At nang lumabas na si Sam, sigawan ang lahat, ayaw talaga paawat, ang mga bonggang fans ay nagsilapitan at nagtatayuan kaya naman di makaka-kita yung ibang nasa likod. Buti na lang ay pinigilan ng mga mamang guard ang mga mukang sabik na sabik na fans. Ang mga SCC naman, di din papa-awat, dala-dala ko kasi ang banner na pinagawa ni Janelle at masayang-masaya silang itinataas ito habang papunta ng center stage si Sam. Ang unang kinanta ni Sam ay ang Come Everybody, masaya ito at nakakaindak. Pagkatapos ay ang Happy, kanyang inihandog ito sa mga nanay na nag-cecelebrate ng Mothers Day. At galak na galak si Sam na binati ang mga ina kasama nadin ang kanyang Mommy na si Tita Gene. At sabi nga niya “HAPPY ba kayo ngayon?”, syempre happing-happy. At di nagtagal ay ininterview muna ng pinakamagaling na DJ na si DJ Bob na aking kaibigan na din. Ano daw bang bagong kinkailangang abangan kay Sam? Ito lang naman ang pagkanta niya ng international movie themesong ng Kung Fu Panda. Isang karangalan para sa amin na ikaw ang mapili para dito. Ibinalita nadin ito sa Abs-Cbn- TV Patrol at Bandila. At ang sumunod ay ang gagawin nilang palabas sa Enchanted Kindom ng May 17 at 24 na pinamagatang “Enchanting Teens”. Kasama niya dito ang mga nakasama niya sa Highschool Musical Onstage na sina Cheska Ortega, PJ Valerio at iba pa. Guest din dito si Aria Clemente na aking hinahangaan din. Excited na ko, balak kong pumunta ng 24, P500 lang naman ang bayad, mag-rides muna kami bago kami manuod para sulit ang bayad. At para sa dalawa pang natitirang kanta, di ko malimutan ang sinabi ni Sam na gusting-gusto daw ng Samsters na kanta at yun nga ang “Wishing You’ll Be Mine”. Mahal talaga naming ang kantang ito, sana nga ito ang sumunod na single ni Sam. At ang last na kanta niya ay “Even If” na pumatok din sa pandinig ng lahat. Nakaka-aliw talaga itong si Sam, gusting-gusto siya ng lahat dahil sa charm nito.
At ang pagtatapos…
Ito na ang pagtatapos ng Album Tour, mas matagal pa ang signaturan kesa sa proper show ni Sam. Andami talagang pila. Ninais manlang sana naming makasama ang ibang SCC na magka-group picture ngunit nag-sialisan na ang lahat dahil gabi-gabi nadin. Di ko makalimutan ang mga fans na nagpapatayo pa kay Sam para magpa-pic, ayyy grabe naman sila. “Sam stand, stand”, ginawa banamang ano. Anong iniisip mo? Hehehe. At doon na nga. Akala ninyo tapos na? Sa iba tapos na pero samin dipa. Inaya kami ni Tita Gene na magdinner sa Karate Kid, mag-sama daw ako ng 5 SCC lang. Kaya napilitan na lang akong mamili dahil sa dinami-dami ng SCC. Ang mga nakasama ako ay sina Aliah, Sammae, Maththew, Jhaja at Marz. 
Dinner Time… Isang pinaka memorable para sa akin ang pagkakataong ito. Libre kain at kasama ang star sa isang table na kumakain. Nakipagkwentuhan at huntahan pa siya sa amin. Ito yon… Gabby, Tita Gene, Sam, Reg, Marz, Madz(me), Lolo, Lola ni Sam (Table 1) Aliah, Sammae, Kua Koy, Matthew, Jhaja with his friend (Table 2) KK waiter: Ma’m is there anything else? Tita Gene: Oh sure, can we have another California Maki?, Sam what you want? Sam: Anything. KK waiter: Ok Ma’am Dumating na ang California Maki at yung Tempura…Wala padin yung pagkain namin. Eat… Eat… si Sam! At nang matapos ang Tempura niya ay dumating ang di naman naming inorder na pagkain. Kinain nalang namin. Huntahan time…. Sam: Ate Madz anong year mo na? Madz: Ah, magsecond year college na sa Lasalle. Sam: Saan? Manila? Madz: Hindi, dito sa Dasma, schoolmate ko si Ate Jhonie. Sam: blah..blah.. * ito yung di ko gets na sinabi niya. Sam: Anong course? Madz: Nursing. Sam: Yung kapatid mo what level na? Madz: (Level?) Ah, mag1st year highschool nayan… (Aliah singit....) Aliah: Sam ikaw anong year mo na? Sam: Wala pa. (Napaisip kami, ang ibig niya palang sabihin, grade palang.) Sam: Grade 10 ako sa International blah..blah (Ang gulo talaga kausap ni Sam.) Sam: Hindi ………………. (*di ko maalala ang sinabi niya) (Alam naman naming kung ano yung schooling niya niloloko pa kami.) Madz: (Ako naman ang magtatanong) Sam anong favourite Filipino dishes mo, puro ka kasi foreign foods. Sam: Laaaaaaahatt… Ahm, sinigang? Madz: (O sige na, lahat pala, wala siguro naisip sinabi yung sinigang) Sam: Pati pala yung Baka na may corns… Lolo ni Sam: Bulalo yun. Madz: Ah! Hehehe. Yun pala. Sam: La, ano nga yung niluluto mo? Lola ni Sam: Bulalo. (Tignan mo tong si Sam, parang alang narinig..hihi) Sam: Ah yun! Bulalo saka basta yung may soup. Madz: (Hay, ngayon ko lang talaga na-realize na incompatible kami sa lahat, ahahah! Sakin na lang yun) Ok. Thanks!

Sam Concepcion to sing “Kung Fu Panda” theme song
 Fifteen-year-old pop star and theater actor Sam Concepcion will collaborate with Dreamworks and United International Pictures (UIP) to sing the theme song of their newest animated comedy, Kung Fu Panda. This makes Sam the first Filipino to work with Dreamworks for this project.
Oliver Oliveros, Senior Public Relations Officer/Consultant of STAGES, explained: “Sam Concepcion has been chosen to sing the theme song ‘Kung Fu Fighting’ for the Philippine release of the Dreamworks-United International Pictures’ Kung Fu Panda. It will be screened in the Philippines this June. “Dito sa Pilipinas, yung particular track na iyon na papatugtugin sa credits, si Sam ang kakanta. In addition to that, may kasama pa siyang music video, which will be directed by Marie Jamora. “They had several artists in mind before, tapos si Sam ang nakakuha ng part. For the region, iba-ibang artists ang kakanta ng ‘Kung Fu Fighting,’ which was originally released in 1974. Sam was asked to audition to make sure that Sam fits the role. His song will be used for the promo here in the Philippines.”
Ceelo Green, an America hip-hop and R&B artist, sings the theme song for the original U.S. Kung Fu Panda soundtrack. Korean pop icon Rain, best remembered by Filipino audiences in his drama series Full House, will also record the same song in his native language. Kung Fu Panda is about Po the Panda (voiced by comedian Jack Black), a waiter in a noodle restaurant who is a kung-fu fanatic. The panda is considered as the laziest animal in ancient China’s Valley of Peace. But through a sudden twist of fate, he is named as the “Chosen One” who must battle evil warrior Tai Lung (voiced by Ian McShane) who escapes from prison and threatens the pandas’ way of life.
A kung-fu master named Shifu (voiced by Dustin Hoffman) helps Po the Panda by training him along with the legendary Furious Five, who will also borrow celebrity voices: Master Monkey (Jackie Chan), Master Tigress (Angelina Jolie), Master Viper (Lucy Liu), Master Crane (David Cross), and Master Mantis (Seth Rogen). Sam’s new video for “Kung Fu Fighting” and the animated comedy Kung Fu Panda hits the theaters this June.

Sam Concepcion was the main cause of this entire undergo. We are filled of intent to be one of his fans. Lately, just to recognize us, as we are
his supporters, on the date April 20, 2006, we were gone astray perceiving, what if we will make a fans club that will really be effective, and we
want to experience such this. So we stood up our co-friends that were Samsters too.
Samsters: a collectively word used to describe Sam Concepcion Fans.
Accordingly, the Samsters Clique name will be the foremost, and its objective is to help fans receive updates without using the Online
Internets or while they cannot use, easily just join our clan. Sort of new updates: gigs, shows, advertisements and others will be given.
Continually to recruit members, we posted our numbers to the Sam site, Friendster, Yahoo groups and other link. We also made our own
banners, yahoo groups, friendster and sites. With that aim of, we obtained and contained as many as members that an ordinary clan can’t
have. A couple of days we are now more than a hundreds, each day, we accept new members, send fresh updates, exchange remarkable
stories and enhance immense friendships. Till now we are alive and kicking.
Bonding with the SCC
Thursday, May 15, 2008 If you think that our clan is just confined to texting and gathering when Sam has gigs, well you are definitely mistaken for just last Thursday, May 8,2008, the SCC had their get together at the SM Mall of Asia. This was done to foster greater bond between members and for them to get to know each other more.
The group agreed to meet in front of Mc Donald's at 1pm. But due to the inevitable force called "Filipino time" it took hours before they were completed. Ano pa nga ba, edi isa nanaman ako sa mga dakilang late dahil past 2 na ako nakarating. I actually thought that I'm the last one to arrive, but oh no, si Kevin at Kuya Noriel pa lang ang nasa McDo. Nagpakita na ako sa dalawa at hindi nagtagal ay dumating na rin sila Ate Ada at Camz kasama ang kanyang kaibigan na sinundan naman ni Ate Joy. Nagsimula na ang kumustahan at syempre mawawala ba ang walang kamatayang piktyuran? Intay. Intay. Intay. Nagsimula na akong mabahala dahil wala pa halos nangyayari sa "get together" at malapit na ang takdang oras ng aking paguwi. Anyways, Nang dumating sila Ate Yhen kasunod ni Kriz saka namin pinaghatian ang masarap na tsokolate na dala ni Ate Joy (salamat pu!). Minadali pa nga nila ang paghahati dahil padating na daw sila Jen at Bea (naku, mga pasaway!haha). Past 4 na ng nabuo ang aming grupo, ayaw ko man ngunit kailangan ko nang umuwi maging sila Camz at si Ate Yhen. Pinigil nila kami dahil nagkaayaaan na magpakuha ng studio pic ang grupo. Narito ang isang seryoso (daw) at wacky na kuha.
Matapos nito, masakit man sa aking kalooban(andrama), ay kinailangan na naming magpaalam. Ang mga sumusunod na pangyayari ay base na lamang sa kwento ng aking mga napagtanungan tungkol sa nasabing get together.=)
Pag-alis nang mga kasama ay bumili na ng makakain ang mga naiwang Samsters na sina Ada, Noriel, Joy, Kevin, Bea, Jen at Kriz. Kahit kaunti na lamang sila ay tuloy pa rin ang saya kaya naisipan nila na sa Baywalk tumambay at doon magkwentuhan. Napakaganda ng view dito kaya't mas lalong napasarap ang bonding ng grupo.
Ayos na sana ang lahat ng biglang bumuhos ang ulan, napilitan tuloy silang pumasok sa mall upang hindi mabasa(syempre). Nagtungo ang grupo sa Timezone upang dun ituloy ang naudlot na bonding. Enjoy ang lahat sa pag-aarcade at doon na naubos ang kanilang oras.
Lumalim na ang gabi at kinailangan na rin magpaalam nila Kriz at Joy. Tumila na rin ang ulan kaya bumalik na sila sa Baywalk upang doon muli tumambay. Kwentuhan. Di naglaon ay umuwi na rin sila Bea at Jen at ang natira na lamang na matibay ay sila Ada, Noriel at Kevin. Nanatili ang tatlo hanggang hatinggabi sa Baywalk bago nila naisipang magpaalam sa isa't-isa.
Naging masaya at super enjoy ng araw ng mga Samsters na dumalo sa nasabing get together. Sayang nga lang at may mga tulad ko na kinailangang magpaalam ng maaga. Ngunit hindi bale, marami pa namang mga susunod na pagkakataon. See you all soon SCC!

SCC STARS! SCC again conducted another activity known as SCC STARS. Where there are featured Samsters Clique Clan members to tell stories and share their life for what Samsters are. Be inspired and learned from their revealing Samsters life. #1 Name: Plangkie Age: 16 Location: Cagayan De Oro, Misamis Oriental Cell No: 09159613193 The very first time I saw met Sam in person was the day after his 15th birthday last October 18, 2007 during his school tour in our school, Regional Science High school here in C.D.O. I knew since then even before meeting him was that he is one intelligent, God fearing and super-loving kid. I felt like in heaven. A dream came true and it was totally cool to meet and greet such star with a very humble heart.
When I happen to talk with him even for a while and saw that he is got the sense of humility, humor and was totally witty, it is when I personally declared that Sam’s one helluva cool kid. My love and passion for English in public speaking, God given talent, wit plus confidence and faith, I stand in are just some of my newly discovered things I think Sam and I share in common.
I already Sam like three times, and there are always memorable lines he’d give. For the first one, he said “Alam ninyo po may kamuka po kayo?” and the second was during my radio audition at ifm then he said “You can do it! All the best!”. If I would give a chance to grant my wish, I want has to have duet with Sam singing my favorite song.
SCC helped me build up my well-being. It was like I’m getting to know people of different cultures and personas and thus helping myself understand them despite of language barrier. The nicest thing I’ve done here in SCC was maybe helping other Samsters control their angst during gigs. Lol! It’s a sign of authority sometimes. And lastly the thing that I could only say, I’ll be Sam forever!

The first time I saw Sam was on December 22, 2007 at SM Manila, Christmas Party of SCC and also a get-together for us with Sam. My first impression to Sam is like child-like, quiet mood and boastful because that what I observe when I saw him on TV. But it was totally wrong I guess. Happy, enjoy, and a dream came true when I met him. When we had a get together party with him, I found him cool when we talked to each other for a short time! When Sam said “Yep! Pupunta din akosa Tarclac”, that was a very memorable words from Sam. And we both love music especially praise songs which our in common.
My greatest wish is to meet all SCC specially my bestie Plankie. SCC is the reason why met Sam and in times that I’m feeling alone there always be a SCC that always there to comfort me.
The greatest thing that I made here I think is my priority in leading our bible study daily and as a youth leader, this is my job to share my knowledge about God. It’s God’s will! Whatever happens I’ll forever Samster!

The first I saw Sam in person was on November 10, 2007 at SM Clark where he had an album tour. My first impression to him personally was a little bit childish. But it was cool and fun being with him because he is such a great person. I realize for at first that Sam is totally cool when I saw him at SM Clark. When he entered the backstage and did the peace sign to us, which are really great! The memorable word that Sam told me that I can’t afford to forget was, “Ohh! Cass…”, where he had an album tour at SM Baguio, another tour. It seemed he remembered me. And one thing I assure Sam and I are both happy people, that what we are share in common.
My deepest wish is to meet all SCC members especially my “katawagan” and of course, Sam. SCC helps me a lot because Sam recognized me when I said that I am a SCC member and I met my co-SCC.
I think the nicest thing I have ever done here is being friendly and for being an active member. And as a promise, I would be a Samster forever and ever, Amen!

The first time I met Sam was on Dec. 22, 2007, during the SCC Christmas Party at SM Manila.
That day was so happy because I saw Sam in person and in a short distance. We took picture together, and it was so funny because before I just stick our picture together. My real impression to him is so down-to-earth and smart. It was an over-whelming and heart-beating I, when I met him in person. When he joined Little Big Star, I proved that he was totally impressive, inasmuch as when he was grooving with his dance. And I could say we both love dancing. “Ingat ka and thank you” was his memorable phrase he said to me. It was before I am to leave the SCC party.
My only wish here in SCC is to meet all of you guys. SCC gives me information and updates that I could have abruptly. And SCC gave me friends from different places. As of now I cannot say done what I made best here in SCC, but as friend I think. And for the last reminder, Sam forever and ever!
SCC OFFICERS: JOBS ON THE GO!
SCC demands officers for them to have more quality in improving the clan. So it’s the winner of the last held election. The following essential officers have their ideal jobs to do so. The following are:

Secretaries – are the most important branch of officers. They are required to have more confidence when it comes to their positions. Why? Secretaries are the one who are accepting right members. They should be mentally alert if they will accept new ones because as of now our clan is after of active and authentic members. Their job also is to know the quitters and attendance for them to trace the active and non-active. Secretaries are also the saver of messages or the important notices. And the list of members should be arranged by them.
Update Moderators – which the word update should well inform the members with the current events that are now with our star. They should have attentive mind for them to notify their member from what is happening to Sam. It’s not all through text, they should also update the forum site with the latest flash like voting, news and ect.
G.M Masters – are known as the sender. They are the leaders who are capable to text all of the members about the reminders, important messages and snail text. They should have complete numbers of member for them not to neglect any of their fellow Samsters. The best jobs that G.M Masters ensure so are the common activities they will undergo to the clan. They are the one who will keep the clan blaring.
Bloggers – or the writers, they do such thing with updating the SCC blog site. They should be sharp to explain or tell what is happening through out the clan and to Sam. They have complete ideas in writing and sharing thoughts. They are like newspaper folks.
Web Moderators – are most probable in making SCC sites alive and updated. They have their ideas how to use codes, to make lay-out and everything about computers. They are the power of websites. They should always be online and ready to face the world of internet. Friendsters, Main Sites, Forum and Multiply are the common sites they should sustain.

SM Dasma Album Tour: “Moms Day & SCC Cavite Encounter”
Wednesday, May 14, 2008 At last another event we’ve been waiting for, lalong-lalo na ng mga taga-Cavite. It’s been months na din ng last na tour ni Sam sa SM Bacoor naman, and it was really great! Sold out ang album niya dito sa Cavite sa Bacoor. We can say, there are so many supporters from all-over Cavite, and I’m proud to be one of Kabitenyos.
It was then last May 11, 2008, sabay pa ng Mothers Day. This event, di dapat pinapalagpas dahil minsan lang pumunta si Sam ng Cavite. Anyway, siguro mas madami pang pupunta kung di na tapat sa Mom’s Day. Ganun na nga! Bago ako umalis ng aming bahay, inuna ko muna ang pagsisilbi ko sa aking ina. Sweet diba? Nagbigay kami ng card at rose for her, kaya naman nakuha naming ang oo niya sa pagpunta naming sa SM Dasma. At di ko pinalagpas ang pagbibigay din ng Moms Day gift sa tanging ina ng ating idol, si Tita Gene. Sinikap kong pumunta muna ng backstage para maibigay ang mga iyon dahil sa mga ilang oras na natitira ay baka mawalan na ako ng oras dahil aasikasuhin ko pa ang mga SCC Cavite. Mga bagong salta ang mga ito at ngayon ko lang sila ma-meet.

Ang simula ng lahat…
Alas dos imedya na kami nakarating ng kapatid ko mula sa Rosario, Cavite. Excited na naman ako makita at makatandem ang mga SCC. Alam kong isang baranggay na naman kami doon. Ang mga SCC na pumunta ay sina Aliah, Cheska, Ecca, Sai, Sammae, Jhaja, Neanne at Tricia (mga globe users). Pati nadin ang mga active padin sa smart na sina Rain, Regene, Matthew at Marlyn kasama ang kanilang mga kaibigan na sasali narin daw sa SCC. Diba, one big team nanaman kami nito. Sayang nga at di nakasama ang mga taga-Manila dahil daw malayo at Moms Day, kaya solo ko. Lol! Bago paman ako dumating ay pina-alala ko na sila na mag-reserve ng upuan para sa mga SCC na pupunta. Galing talaga, masusunurin sila, kaya naman nakaupo kami sa gitna sa first row kung san kitang-kita naming si Sam. Di ko pinaawat ang pagkikipag-picturan sa mga bagong SCC para naman maalala ko ang kani-kanilang faces. Excited na silang lahat, unti-unti na ring nagsisidatingan ang mga pamilya ni Sam, 24 beat dancer at si Sam. Wow! Boy teen in violet ang outfit ni Samuel ngayon, I love it! Mga ala-sais na nagsimula ang show na ito. Madami padina ang nagpunta kahit madami na ang nagpunta sa nakaraan noong SM Bacoor. Di padin papipigil ang mga taga-Cavite, labs na labs talaga nila si Samuel. Mga ilang sandali pa ay nagsimula na ang show, pinagunahan ng 24 beat dancers (apat lag sila ngayon). At nang lumabas na si Sam, sigawan ang lahat, ayaw talaga paawat, ang mga bonggang fans ay nagsilapitan at nagtatayuan kaya naman di makaka-kita yung ibang nasa likod. Buti na lang ay pinigilan ng mga mamang guard ang mga mukang sabik na sabik na fans. Ang mga SCC naman, di din papa-awat, dala-dala ko kasi ang banner na pinagawa ni Janelle at masayang-masaya silang itinataas ito habang papunta ng center stage si Sam. Ang unang kinanta ni Sam ay ang Come Everybody, masaya ito at nakakaindak. Pagkatapos ay ang Happy, kanyang inihandog ito sa mga nanay na nag-cecelebrate ng Mothers Day. At galak na galak si Sam na binati ang mga ina kasama nadin ang kanyang Mommy na si Tita Gene. At sabi nga niya “HAPPY ba kayo ngayon?”, syempre happing-happy. At di nagtagal ay ininterview muna ng pinakamagaling na DJ na si DJ Bob na aking kaibigan na din. Ano daw bang bagong kinkailangang abangan kay Sam? Ito lang naman ang pagkanta niya ng international movie themesong ng Kung Fu Panda. Isang karangalan para sa amin na ikaw ang mapili para dito. Ibinalita nadin ito sa Abs-Cbn- TV Patrol at Bandila. At ang sumunod ay ang gagawin nilang palabas sa Enchanted Kindom ng May 17 at 24 na pinamagatang “Enchanting Teens”. Kasama niya dito ang mga nakasama niya sa Highschool Musical Onstage na sina Cheska Ortega, PJ Valerio at iba pa. Guest din dito si Aria Clemente na aking hinahangaan din. Excited na ko, balak kong pumunta ng 24, P500 lang naman ang bayad, mag-rides muna kami bago kami manuod para sulit ang bayad. At para sa dalawa pang natitirang kanta, di ko malimutan ang sinabi ni Sam na gusting-gusto daw ng Samsters na kanta at yun nga ang “Wishing You’ll Be Mine”. Mahal talaga naming ang kantang ito, sana nga ito ang sumunod na single ni Sam. At ang last na kanta niya ay “Even If” na pumatok din sa pandinig ng lahat. Nakaka-aliw talaga itong si Sam, gusting-gusto siya ng lahat dahil sa charm nito.
At ang pagtatapos…
Ito na ang pagtatapos ng Album Tour, mas matagal pa ang signaturan kesa sa proper show ni Sam. Andami talagang pila. Ninais manlang sana naming makasama ang ibang SCC na magka-group picture ngunit nag-sialisan na ang lahat dahil gabi-gabi nadin. Di ko makalimutan ang mga fans na nagpapatayo pa kay Sam para magpa-pic, ayyy grabe naman sila. “Sam stand, stand”, ginawa banamang ano. Anong iniisip mo? Hehehe. At doon na nga. Akala ninyo tapos na? Sa iba tapos na pero samin dipa. Inaya kami ni Tita Gene na magdinner sa Karate Kid, mag-sama daw ako ng 5 SCC lang. Kaya napilitan na lang akong mamili dahil sa dinami-dami ng SCC. Ang mga nakasama ako ay sina Aliah, Sammae, Maththew, Jhaja at Marz.
Dinner Time… Isang pinaka memorable para sa akin ang pagkakataong ito. Libre kain at kasama ang star sa isang table na kumakain. Nakipagkwentuhan at huntahan pa siya sa amin. Ito yon… Gabby, Tita Gene, Sam, Reg, Marz, Madz(me), Lolo, Lola ni Sam (Table 1) Aliah, Sammae, Kua Koy, Matthew, Jhaja with his friend (Table 2) KK waiter: Ma’m is there anything else? Tita Gene: Oh sure, can we have another California Maki?, Sam what you want? Sam: Anything. KK waiter: Ok Ma’am Dumating na ang California Maki at yung Tempura…Wala padin yung pagkain namin. Eat… Eat… si Sam! At nang matapos ang Tempura niya ay dumating ang di naman naming inorder na pagkain. Kinain nalang namin. Huntahan time…. Sam: Ate Madz anong year mo na? Madz: Ah, magsecond year college na sa Lasalle. Sam: Saan? Manila? Madz: Hindi, dito sa Dasma, schoolmate ko si Ate Jhonie. Sam: blah..blah.. * ito yung di ko gets na sinabi niya. Sam: Anong course? Madz: Nursing. Sam: Yung kapatid mo what level na? Madz: (Level?) Ah, mag1st year highschool nayan… (Aliah singit....) Aliah: Sam ikaw anong year mo na? Sam: Wala pa. (Napaisip kami, ang ibig niya palang sabihin, grade palang.) Sam: Grade 10 ako sa International blah..blah (Ang gulo talaga kausap ni Sam.) Sam: Hindi ………………. (*di ko maalala ang sinabi niya) (Alam naman naming kung ano yung schooling niya niloloko pa kami.) Madz: (Ako naman ang magtatanong) Sam anong favourite Filipino dishes mo, puro ka kasi foreign foods. Sam: Laaaaaaahatt… Ahm, sinigang? Madz: (O sige na, lahat pala, wala siguro naisip sinabi yung sinigang) Sam: Pati pala yung Baka na may corns… Lolo ni Sam: Bulalo yun. Madz: Ah! Hehehe. Yun pala. Sam: La, ano nga yung niluluto mo? Lola ni Sam: Bulalo. (Tignan mo tong si Sam, parang alang narinig..hihi) Sam: Ah yun! Bulalo saka basta yung may soup. Fifteen-year-old pop star and theater actor Sam Concepcion will collaborate with Dreamworks and United International Pictures (UIP) to sing the theme song of their newest animated comedy, Kung Fu Panda. This makes Sam the first Filipino to work with Dreamworks for this project.
Oliver Oliveros, Senior Public Relations Officer/Consultant of STAGES, explained: “Sam Concepcion has been chosen to sing the theme song ‘Kung Fu Fighting’ for the Philippine release of the Dreamworks-United International Pictures’ Kung Fu Panda. It will be screened in the Philippines this June. “Dito sa Pilipinas, yung particular track na iyon na papatugtugin sa credits, si Sam ang kakanta. In addition to that, may kasama pa siyang music video, which will be directed by Marie Jamora. “They had several artists in mind before, tapos si Sam ang nakakuha ng part. For the region, iba-ibang artists ang kakanta ng ‘Kung Fu Fighting,’ which was originally released in 1974. Sam was asked to audition to make sure that Sam fits the role. His song will be used for the promo here in the Philippines.”
Ceelo Green, an America hip-hop and R&B artist, sings the theme song for the original U.S. Kung Fu Panda soundtrack. Korean pop icon Rain, best remembered by Filipino audiences in his drama series Full House, will also record the same song in his native language. Kung Fu Panda is about Po the Panda (voiced by comedian Jack Black), a waiter in a noodle restaurant who is a kung-fu fanatic. The panda is considered as the laziest animal in ancient China’s Valley of Peace. But through a sudden twist of fate, he is named as the “Chosen One” who must battle evil warrior Tai Lung (voiced by Ian McShane) who escapes from prison and threatens the pandas’ way of life.
A kung-fu master named Shifu (voiced by Dustin Hoffman) helps Po the Panda by training him along with the legendary Furious Five, who will also borrow celebrity voices: Master Monkey (Jackie Chan), Master Tigress (Angelina Jolie), Master Viper (Lucy Liu), Master Crane (David Cross), and Master Mantis (Seth Rogen). Sam’s new video for “Kung Fu Fighting” and the animated comedy Kung Fu Panda hits the theaters this June.
